I believe I have 16 email accounts, most are gmail but have other accounts from other servers such as. I'm unable to open Outlook without rebooting so I don't know the exactly how mail accounts there are. So the problem appears to be related to Outlook and it becoming stuck receiving e-mail. Other office apps I've tried such as Word and Excel have opened and closed then re-opened ok. I tried to open Outlook again and it won't open, nothing. Outlook was in the task manager but after closing it's no longer there. How many email accounts are in your profile? What account types?
